You will also continue to gain future savings for many years since the county typically retains our valuation methodology for years after we have worked with them.
You pay us on a contingency basis based on the money we have saved you on your property tax bill. The savings is calculated as the difference between your new reduced property tax bill and the calculation of what your property tax bill would have been had the county continued to value your assets using their old calculations.
